The Splice Closure from 6 fibers to 96 fibers capacity shall be of Universal type. The water & air tight splice box provides spliced fiber a secure condition in any environment The Splice boxes will be kept in the duct manholes directly buried or Wall/pole mounted in case of Arial cables. These Splice boxes can be categorized in various single cable entry ports and one oval port. The splice joint closure provides scope for Direct (Straight) Joints and also (Branch) Joints and suitable for all types of cables structures viz. Loose Tube, Central Core Tube, Slotted core, Ribbon Fiber etc. for both Metal Free cables as well as for Armored cables with Earthing provision. The spliced fiber shall be suitably protected keeping minimum permissible bending radius for fiber inside the box. The FRP & Cable clamps have a design which is flexible for both loose tube and slotted core type of cables. The material selection has been given special attention keeping in mind all climatic conditions.
