ISO propyl alcohol

Isopropyl alcohol (IUPAC name propan-2-ol and also called isopropanol or 2-propanol) is a colorless, flammable organic compound with a pungent alcoholic odor. It is miscible in water, ethanol, and chloroform, as isopropyl is an organic polar molecule. It dissolves ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl butyral, many oils, alkaloids, and natural resins. It is primarily used as a disinfectant and antiseptic for cleaning wounds, sterilizing surfaces, and sanitizing medical equipment. Optical Fiber Termination Box FTB (Model No. RIFTB-111)

The Optic Fiber Termination Box Model RIFTB-111 manufactured by Riddhi Infratel is compact, robust and composite in construction. This has been manufactured as per the latest state of art Telcordia technology and is in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 series of standard and as per TEC Specification No. G/FTB-01/02. MAR99 for which Riddhi Infratel has been duly accredited. The Optical Fiber Termination Box is Wall/ pole mounted. The Optical Fiber Termination Box is having two input & two out put single cable entry ports. The FRP & Cable clamps will have a design which is flexible both for loose tube, Unitube, slotted core & Ribbon Fiber type of cables. The splice tray available inside the equipment shall be keeping minimum permissible bending radius for fiber inside the splice tray. Termination Box can be closed by a front cover with knob screws. A Brass thimble is provided to earth the Armored Cable. The material selection has been given special attention keeping in mind for any climatic Conditions.

Optical Fibre Distribution Frame (FDF) (Model No. : RI-110)

The Fibre distribution frame manufactured by Riddhi Infratel is compact and composite in construction. This has been manufactured as per the latest state of art technology and is in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 series of standard and as per TEC Specification G/FDF-01/01.JAN93 with amendments for which Riddhi Infratel has been duly accredited. Fiber distribution frame cater for the general functions of organizing the optical fiber pigtails, and patch cords at distribution nodes in the fiber network. It connects optical line termination box on one side and on other it connects optical line terminal equipment. It also permits optical test equipment to be connected to ther fiber cable in order to check the transmission linea and terminal equipment. It also provide storing of the excess lengths of pigtails and patch cords. The equipment shall be protected against entry of dust, and insect as per Ip65. The equipment shall be able to work in saline atmosphere in coastal areas and should be protected against corrosion. All the points shall be accessible for testing and easy handling from the front side. The Capacity of Fiber Distribution frame is from 6 Fibers to 72 Fibers. A Fiber adopter mounting plate of modular construction type is provided. The FDF is having provision to fix on the wall/19” Rack or ground. The bend radius of the pigtails and patch cords in the installed condition gets stress free environment. FDF can be closed by a front cover with knob screws. Opticle Fiber Stripper

Depending on fiber’s application, different optical fiber coating designs exist. However, 250um UV coating is the most popular among today’s single mode and multimode bare fibers. The following illustration shows this common design. The polymer coating is a soft, UV cured, urethane acrylate. It has a higher refractive index than the cladding layer, so it can strip out unwanted light. This polymer coating may consist of one or two layers. If there are two layers, the inner layer is called primary coating and the outer layer is called secondary coating. The primary coating has a diameter of 180um. It is made of very soft acrylate to reduce fiber’s microbend loss. The secondary coating usually has a diameter of 250um and is made of much harder acrylate to provide good abrasion resistance.
